Your Information Stays Tied to the Work You Asked For

The contact form asks for a name, an email address, an optional organization, a topic and a message. Shaper Collective uses that information to respond to the inquiry, understand the requested work and keep a record of the exchange. If someone sends more information by email, it is used for the same purpose.

The web server also records ordinary technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page and request time.

The site has no comments, accounts or newsletter sign-up.

The site uses Google Analytics, loaded through the Google tag, to understand page use and improve the site. It also counts contact-form submissions and clicks on contact links. Google can receive device, browser, page-view, referral, approximate-location and cookie or similar identifier data under its own terms.

Fonts and site search are served from shapercollective.com itself.

A hosting provider serves the site and delivers contact-form messages by email. Google provides analytics. These providers process information for hosting, security, measurement and message delivery. Shaper Collective does not sell personal information.

Information is kept only as long as it remains useful for the inquiry, the working relationship, legal obligations, security or ordinary business records. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those jobs.

To ask about personal information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the contact page. Some records may need to be retained when law, security or an existing agreement requires it.
