This policy explains what Shaper Collective collects through
shapercollective.com, why the information is used, and how to ask questions
about it.

## The Site Collects Only What It Needs to Respond

The contact form asks for an email address. Shaper Collective uses that address
to respond to the inquiry, understand the requested work, and keep a record of
the conversation. If someone sends additional information by email, that
information is used for the same purpose.

The web server also records ordinary technical data needed to deliver and
protect the site. That can include an IP address, browser type, requested URL,
referring page, and request time.

## Analytics Show What People Read

The site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand page use
and improve the site. Those services can receive device, browser, page-view,
referral, approximate-location, and cookie or similar identifier data under
Google's own terms. The site also loads web fonts from Google.

## Service Providers Process Data for Specific Jobs

WordPress and IONOS deliver the site. Gravity Forms processes contact-form
submissions. Google provides analytics, tag management, and web fonts. These
providers process information for hosting, security, measurement, form
delivery, and site presentation. Shaper Collective does not sell personal
information.

Information is kept only as long as it remains useful for the inquiry, the
working relationship, legal obligations, security, or ordinary business
records. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for those jobs.

To ask about personal information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a
